Rachel Jean’s Ultimate Green Drink
Nourishing from the ground up since 1994

Products Contest
Since 1994 I’ve been using this blend as a simple way to bring concentrated greens and whole plant foods into everyday life.
It’s steady, practical nourishment meant to be used daily, not to push the body, but to support it in the way good food does.
It started in my home, inspired by a recipe I learned from Rosemary Gladstar, and grew from there, not as a product, but as something that worked, something people could use consistently and feel the difference from the beginning, many noticing it from the first glass.
This is real food in a concentrated form, thoughtfully prepared and grounded in the nourishment the body recognizes and uses.

“I have been a longtime fan of spirulina green drinks and have tried most of those on the market. Without a doubt, Rachel Jean’s Ultimate Green Drink is the best. I’ve been drinking it almost daily for decades and credit these morning green drinks with helping me keep up with my super active lifestyle.”
~Rosemary Gladstar
Why This Blend Works
A steady way to bring real nourishment into daily life.
I didn’t set out to create a product. I was trying to find a way to bring more nourishment into everyday life—something steady, something the body could use as food. This blend grew out of that. Over the years, it was shaped and reshaped through use, first in my own home and then with others. It wasn’t built in a boardroom or designed to follow trends; it came together through experience, observation, and a deep respect for how the body responds when it’s given what it needs.
The foundation is straightforward: microalgae, whole plant foods, and supportive fibers. These provide the building blocks the body depends on—vitamins, minerals, proteins, and other plant nutrients that sustain it over time. There is a reason these plants are often referred to as superfoods. They are naturally dense in nutrients, offering more in a small amount than many everyday foods. Some draw minerals from deep in the soil, while others contain compounds that support the body in different ways. Together, they create a more complete and balanced form of nourishment than any single ingredient on its own.
The algae—spirulina and chlorella—provide proteins, trace minerals, and a wide range of nutrients that help round out the formula. The grasses bring a clean, grounding base, while the fibers and probiotics help create an environment where the body can make use of what it receives.
This is not about forcing the body or pushing it in a certain direction. It is about supporting it gently and consistently so it can do what it was designed to do. When the body is nourished well day after day, it finds its way back to balance.
Many green powders today include long lists of ingredients, sometimes combining greens, reds, and various plant extracts. While this can sound appealing, when too many ingredients are present in small amounts, each one plays a smaller role in the overall blend. This blend takes a simpler approach, with fewer ingredients chosen carefully and included in meaningful amounts.
This blend was built differently, with fewer ingredients, each one selected with intention and included in amounts substantial enough for the body to recognize and use. It is not a little of everything. It is enough of what matters.
This is a way to bring real, concentrated plant nutrition into everyday life, supporting steady energy in a way the body can sustain.
